edit, and then trapped 105, he must have missed 2 and 3rd or started in 5th from the launch.

There are some fast Turbos out here in AZ (track conditions just as bad or worse than at LACR) and they would not be caught dead running in the 12's.
14.1 is horrible for a 996TT regardless of where they are at. Sounds like it's owner should give up on being the next John Force.

Anybody drag racing when it's 105 degrees out is looking for trouble. You will never get a decent time and you are exposing your car to unncessary heat. People out here take a summer vacation and are back at it in Sept/Oct.

You would have a tear-fest hanging out with the Lambo/Porsche crowd late-night on the freeways

But, it's just a level below the Turbo.
My 335 is childs' play compared to my father's Turbo. In short, the turbo is my car's big brother.
But perhaps with a tune, headers, downpipes, exhaust... it could be a problem for stock turbos... just maybe.

Agreed, All car makes have their doon owners, but I as a 350z owner wanted to give him a thumbs up so he doesn’t think all Z owners are doonies.
I find the z VS m3 argument is much more animated...haha
