Blacked out tail lights

I was reading the thread about blacked out head lights and it inspired me to post this one.

I would love to black out my tail lights. Look how nice it looks on this car. And I normally don't like white 911 (except the GT3 of course). I've asked everyone local and no one knows how. I've been told that tinting won't work because of the heavy curvature of the lights. Has anybody done this?

I had mine done, and absolutely love it. I had a guy from NJ do it. don't want to plug anyone who is not a board sponser, though. I know there was a post here a few weeks back about a board sponser doing it.

Lucent motors, Evoms, Sharwerk, etc. does it. There is other vendors too. Try a search and you should have plenty results.
