Cleaning radiator area

How do you guys do it. It's filled with stuff. I use my hands to just pull and scoop it out, but there's a lot in there. Not to mention, the radiators are filled with little rocks and stuff that have to be picked out individually.

Do you guys have any quick cleaning methods down there?

NJPete996TT is infamous around these parts
a very big shop vac with a very small "corner" attachment.
