Was cruising the freeway in Mexico and come up on a Honda CBR 1000 RR. Drop the car into 4th and wait for traffic to clear. He jumps on it and I follow, he was not pulling on me but I was actually suprised I was not gaining on him. Most of the time, especially on the freeway I can pull on the bikes. Slow for more traffic and get beside him and we hit it again I must have gotten the jump because this time I did pull on him. Either that or he wasn't in the right gear.

He goes by and gives me the thumbs up. I decided I wanted to verify what I was racing so I pull up beside him and see the 1000 RR on the tail and the CBR racing on the fairing. I dropped the window and yelled is it stock and he said NO. I said fast bike and he replies really fast car and motions like he usually leaves sports cars in the dust. I do not know what mods he had but I could definately see an aftermarket exhaust. No idea if he had anything else.

I really would like to run a Z06, Ford GT, Viper or something in the car arena. So far the only good races I have had are crotch rockets.

Nice I've been on a GSXR-1000 and that is just retarded fast. I couldn't imagine being in a car that can hold its own with a liter bike!

 

This one definately had mods not sure if anything else besides the exhuast. I usually can pull on liter bikes on the freeway.

Sounds cool, I don't mean to sound like a dick, but he was probably in the wrong gear, or doesn't know how to ride.

Buddy, if you can cruise down to Toledo after Labor Day, I'll run you from a roll in my Z06 so we can finally put to rest how a well running 700 package does against a well sorted H/C Z06.
