Today is my skip day. I just go up to the school to move around a bit. 5 days on, 2 off. I feel like I am staring in Groundhog day!

Not bad, Had any issues with your Pec?

 

In pic I think right pec is flexing a bit (click on pic to enlarge....image smooths out some of my striations, though). Only issue was that I always had a difficult time getting them bigger....pecs and bi's were always my weakest bodyparts. I had pro level legs...you can't see from this pic but my hams were and calves were even better than my quads.

I did a total of 13 shows...started out w/ the little drug tested stuff...the pic is from the 1994 NPC Mr San Francisco..won the Lt Hvwt. div. Also won the light heavy at the NPC (Amatuer) Ironman. Qualified for nats but of course didn't have enough size on my upper body. I am proud to say that I almost died twice, and was 100% willing to do whatever was necessary to win, lol. I certainly made the most of my limited genetics.
