To whom it may concern:
I made a purchase from Fab-Worx.com on 8/11/10. My card was charged immediately. After 10 business days later/14 days later I had not received a package nor any communication. I tried calling Fab-Worx multiple times. When you dial the number there are 4 options, The Porsche Outlet is 101, Sales is 102, Something is 103, and Dyno tuning 104. I've tried all extensions during business hours but no one picks up and you are asked to leave voicemail. Oddly you must state your name before it allows to connect to a department (for screening purposes?). I left a voicemail after 8 days and sent an email after 9 days had elapsed.

I called Fab-Worx out earlier in this thread having had no other meaningful way of contacting them and here's the response:

Wednesday was 8/25/10. I did not receive a response via email or a phone call and no one answered any of the extensions when attempting to reach them during their normal business hours on 8/25/10. The Fab-Worx website still said order processing.

I disputed it with my CC company and two days later on 8/27/10 the parts arrived (and I in turn gave the CC approval to release the funds). I nevered received any communication other than a tracking number the day the packages arrives. At the same time the website was updated to show the tracking number. They had been shipped overnight.

I would have appreciated better communication but I'm honestly just glad I got what I ordered after 17 days. Hopefully your purchases arrive more timely and with a better communication channel than mine.

I have to agree... there is something not right here.

I noticed a credit on my account and have yet to check it was from them (will today), but if it is I have also lost around $30.00... not very happy, I offered this guy so many ways to pay various Credit Cards, Paypal, close friend in US to pay with their card and even a kind member on this forum offered to pop in.

If you ask me, he should not be allowed on here.

Thanks for the caveat guys - I'm staying away. What's worse than a non-responsive internet seller? a thief.

I hope you guys get what you paid for (or complete refunds). If not, I vote for the ban-stick.

Followup -

I received the parts I ordered on 8/27/10, 17 days from the date of my order, and two days after contacting my CC company. The boxes were shipped overnight, well packed, and contained exactly what I ordered.

I never received a return phone call to the voicemail nor email I left regarding the order status. However, the morning of the delivery I received a one line email from RDA Limited Inc [fabworxsales@gmail.com] with "tracking number:" followed by my tracking number.

I'm not sure if my CC company actually got in touch with Fabworx but I gave them approval to release the funds back to "Untamed Solutions".

They said it takes 7 -10 days before Fabworx will see the money. My dispute is settled - Thanks

Basically no communication since payment was sent. Was told it shipped 4 days before it actually did. Then told that both items shipped but FedEx is only showing 1 box being sent from Fab-Worx...I have filed a dispute with my bank as well and awaiting that to be resolved, hopefully the parts show up as I will then release the funds to Fab-Worx. If no parts arrive I guess my money will be spent elsewhere.
