First major mod to my 2001 C2.

About two weeks ago, I purchase a TT replica spoiler from Deputydog. We finished painting it on Tuesday, and last night we installed it without any serious problems and I must say that I am trilled. I love how it changes the lines of my car without over doing it. I know that many people don’t like this spoiler but I always have. Here are some photo’s of it.

Paul
Here is how it came from Deputydog.

And here it is after being painted and installed.

Looks good, what about the 3rd light cover? I though that was part of the package? Is it me or your carrera is crooked...

I don't think it's you, I was looking at that in the picture today also. We used tape and did much measuring. Maybe we should not have been drinking beer while doing it?

Right now, I am not sure I am going to use the plug. I had it painted but like all the lights. Looks like a X-wing from behind at night.

Now, to figure out what to do to the front.

you know you opened up a can of worms by putting on the wing right ... now your gonna have to put all the ground effects... turbo nose, mk2 skirts turbo rear bumper., x74 tail pipes... and since your talking, you have to walk it as well... SC it. Welcome to 6speed

Looks nice. I would plug the light and yes I am familar with putting on the Carrera badge after a couple and it not coming out right, that's why I am still badgeless.

Yes I am not a huge fan of the wing, but I don't hate it, there are wings I hate.

Good job

Now body kit, wheels, and suspension and then.....

I know, but this is just the start. Now that I have done one wing, I can always change that later. I have been looking at side skirts and front bumpers.

But, I like what I like and I didn't just jump into this. I like it much better then what I had. I have only owned this car for two months.

Come on you guys, give me a few weeks. I just started this project. You all are so funny. But, thanks for the comments. I just have to figure out exactly what I want for the front and sides. I will do it, I promise.
