I'm 28, and just bought my first Porsche...I'm spoiled for anything else!

 

I'm 44. Just bought my second Porsche today. My first was a 1996 993 C4S at age 39. My "new" car is a 40th Anniversary coupe.

 

Turned 54 on 10/11
Bought the car for my 50th.
I mean my Wife bought me the car.

Seriously, first Porsche though have been craving one since I could see.. 2002 996 Cab, bought in April. So far have added K&N CAI (no issues at all (dry filter) and lover the sound!, MKII side skirts, TechArt rear spoiler and GT3 front lip. Just installed PSE modded mufflers today, alas wet weather so not able to take it out to see how it sounds... Other than that the only other things I have done is recover the rear center console, batwing and sides by the batwing with a black alcantara. Interior is grey and wanted a bit more contrast.

Sadly, since my 20 year old son [grumble, &)()@!!!@#$$%**!] wrecked my '05 LR3 on Saturday will have to hold off doing anything else to it for awhile.

Other than that, been in retirement for the last 1.5 years though am looking for an opportunity now.. <shameless plug; know of anyone that is in need of an accomplished marketer in the DFW area?>

 

20 here, Bought my P-Car with MY OWN money haha well I still have a little left on the loan

This is my third and always with my own money.

bought/paid off 2 p-cars in May. I don't share very well! 996 for the hubby, and 986 for me. =) well, he turned 40...so maybe it was a mid-life crisis for him. no excuse for me! i just really wanted a boxster!

waited till we could afford to cash them out, otherwise, we'd wait. we don't want to have any debt other than our home mortgage. =)

 

OK late 50's - I consider that to be mid-life! Not my 1st Porsche, won't be my last. One more tid bit. Porsche owners are not spoiled we are very demanding.

 

i usually describe it as "a sophisticate, diverse, and expanded palate" for cars.

 

I just love beautiful things. I find myself in the garage at times just looking at my car.
