C2's are very cool Porsche's! Although I have C4S I still do a double take at any Porsche I see on the road! Even if they have spinners on for wheels!! lol

Lots of C2 owners in here.

Why?

A couple reasons....

1) I live in a state that has adverse weather so a cabrio is not great for me
2) I am paranoid leaving my top down thinking some random dude or an ex-girlfriend will rip up my leather
3) The Targa legacy...man....
4) Sitting and traffic and taking half the roof off is great
5) I have the same feeling of the convertible without the hastle

So..those are just a few...

How rare are these compared to Cabs and Coupes? Just curious.

rare?

Lazer,

I dont know how rare the Targas are and would love to know myself. Hopefully they will keep a little value over time. I really do enjoy being able to open the rear glass...I will takes some pics of that once I get back in town...

I went through the autos for sale section and found a handful of Targas but not many. A salesman at Boardwalk Porsche near me in Plano, TX said he is getting 1 in and it is an 08 and will be $120K. I like the chrome roof line on the new one but.....that $120K is a bit much for this youngin....
