I like this one better... (obviously not a cat lover)

Saw that a while back – good stuff.
Although what I did was horrible, and maybe against some law, it just had to be done. My neighbor (wonderful elderly woman), started stringing up bird feeders all over her yard. Within a month the birds were perched everywhere. I’d be detailing the cars and walk around to the other side to see it’s been bombed!
So every night I’d set the alarm for 3 am and snuck into her yard, emptying them all out. It took two weeks before she stopped filling them. The next garbage day they were all piled up in the garbage can. When we spoke she said she didn’t realize how much “little birds” could eat! My girl almost burst out laughing! So … not being completely heartless, we got her a bunch of Squirrel Feeder Tapes you tack on a tree through the winter, and explained not to put up more than one every two weeks.
The bird population is back to normal ever since.

Nowhere near as bad as a neighbor we had when I was around kindergarten age... He was an older gentlemen, retired, in his mid 60's I think. He was an incredible gardener; flowers, yard, vegetable garden, the works. Well some stray cats kept getting into his vegetable garden to do their business. After a few weeks he had had enough. Put posts up at the four corners, ran fishing line in a web pattern above the garden and from them dropped fish hooks... Was not long before the cats were not coming to make deposits in his garden.
