Roof done, electrical inside moving along. Slab pour should be this or next week.

wow! that is amazing. I would like to come and check this out in person. I live in Northern VA. where in VA are you? Near richmond?

I am too planning on extending a garage like yours, so i would def. like to check it out in person to get some ideas and take some tips of thins to do or not to do.

I think we should have a group drive to Scott's garage....then a kegger or two for the day, cookout at night, and whatever else happens!

Awesome job. Can't believe how much the kid has grown. I'm sure he's shaking his head ("what the hell is Dad doing? Doesn't he know I'll have to park my Boxster in here?":

Sounds like a plan Eric!

FYI -- garage floor/slab gets poured Wednesday. Will post pics tomorrow. A/C & heat units have been installed. Kiwi tiles have been ordered. Everything should be done in mid-August, shortly after the GT3 arrives. :-)

We actually did put his hand and footprint in the concrete (along with name and year).

I did the same when I was young and go back in to the yard every once in a while and look at my handprind and initials.
