My wife CAN drive. You should see people's faces when she steps out of a commercial van or a high cube 350 truck she frequently rents for her business!(she's a petite 5'1)
When we met, she drove a 5 speed VW Beetle with Bilsteins + H&R springs, but I fell in love when I saw her driving the hell out of her brother's Miata . We're both looking forward to the next track day to test the Porsche!

My wife drives the Porsche to work occasionally. She's a high school teacher. All the kids like the car and watch out for it during lunches so nobody gets near it. Blondes in Porsche's just seem to go together.

Since it's not possible to tell if you're a joker, troll or retard I'll assume you're just not very articulate (or smart) to think any of this is true. Luckily I won't have to meet any of the women that have given rise to your uninformed (or simply ignorant) opinion of women or their abilities.

I do like my car a lot, however I do let my wife drive it, because that is what I pay insurance for, and I can always get another one. If she did total it out, I would have a burial for it in our backyard.....if the EPA does not care.

Perhaps you're one of them. Usually, bad drivers don't know they're bad. That's the problem.

Luckily, I won't have to find out your abilities.

You could be right...... But It's funny how the one guy on the Porsche threads yapping about who can drive what............drives a Nissan. Keep on trying.

It's funny when you try to slam a brand of car... I'm trying to hear you, but you're too far behind.

Try to keep up..., in your Porsche. Futile, I guess... But you'll probably think it's more fun going slow, something, something, something...

I didn't make any comment about who can drive what. My comment was simple - women can't drive. Does it matter which car I drive? Will it make women hang up a phone? Pay attention to signs on a street? Observe the laws and courtesies expected of every other driver?

Relevance? Or are you just jealous of my car?

I'm exposed. I've always been a secret Datsun fanboy... About not reading the "signs" here's the original thesis ..... "Are the girlfriend or wife allowed to drive the Porsche?" So I guess you may be the lurker.

Yes, I've been lurking for 6 years.

My response is,~"No, they shouldn't be allowed to drive anything."

In my book, "anything" is an inclusive term that Porsche may fall under.

I never understood why people who don't/never have/don't plan to own a Porsche hang out here. Makes no sense to me. If I sold mine tomorrow I doubt you'd here from me again (until I had one back in the garage).

Then again, I suppose people do go on certain websites to "lurk". You know, lust after things they don't get at home.

I'm just sayin....

Well it's a good thing everybody doesn't think alike...

It also appears that if you based this response on this thread, and directed anywhere near my membership, you have absolutely no idea what cars I have owned and currently own. I'm okay with that. I don't owe anybody an explanation, as if it is required to be a member or anything.

wow. Anyway ... yes HUSBAND gets to drive when I'm not going anywhere - I work from home more than he does. And I miss her not being in the garage on those days! But she is so flippin fun to drive - I can't say no - It's the single most fun you can have with your pants on

I can see both sides of the argument. I use to own BMW's, that I have since sold, so I no longer hang out on BMW forums. I don't seek any technical advice about BMW's, nor do I really just hang out there. Once in a blue moon, I'll go back and scroll through but most of it is related to BMW's and irrelevant to a Porsche.

I think that's the point Gonzo911 was trying to make.

A little self important aren't we?

Why would I take the time to research your "membership"? All I need to note is the opinion you posted, which by the way, is just your opinion.

Wrong as it may be.

A troll is just a troll. I'm done here.
