Are the girlfriend of wife allowed to drive the porsche?
my wife can drive a manual just fine. but she's kind of a wild woman behind the wheel. she used to scare the heck out of me in her CRX.
i drive when it's her and me. i've offered to let her drive the porsche, but she says doesn't want to, and i'm thankful for it.

My wife dosn't drive it yet, we've had it for 4 years. She can't drive manual yet. Though I am sending her on manual driver training and I am putting her into the PCA skid school training in the spring. Hopefuly I'll have her at the track this summer and then eventually will get her, her own C4S cab.
She is afraid to drive it, though she is in love with it.

my former gf never drove my pcar and I havent either...it's a collector so by default no one drives it. But I did let her drive the fcar and bcar no problem.
It's all good!

My Girlfriend simply bought her own
My girlfriend didn't want to have to ask- so just 5 days after I bought my latest 996tt- she bought a 996 Targa 6speed. So yes- let them drive yours and if they love it- you can have a spare one in the garage.
i'm just curious...being a lady and all....
why don't very many ladies seems to know how to drive a manual? don't they have a desire to learn? when i was 16 years old (back in the 90's) i wanted to learn. the reason being is that i noticed all the sporty cars were usually all manuals.
also, what if you were stuck in a situation where you needed to drive a manual for some reason? you just have to be useless or be stuck because you can't? IMO...all ladies should learn how to drive one.
just wondering?
