PSS9's FINALLLLLLY arrived, and couldn't wait to get them installed. Dropped car off, and mechanic calls and says he can't access the rear strut tower bolts because of the convertible top/mechanism.

Yes, I did a search on this forum...no dice.

Can any of you experienced DIYers / techs lend a helping suggestion? Pictures would be even better!

thanks buddy. now this is what makes this board so awesome! a plethora of knowledge is just a posting away

 

Listen, push button to start to close the cab roof and stop it before it latches. You will see the cables on both sides, pop them off. Remove them then you can lift the back softtop up and out of the way. Remove the liner and you are set to go. GL!!!
