how to remove "carrera" emblem

yea the black emblem on black paint would look kind of funny. besides, i like "debaged" cars

Well said....remove with dental floss and take the adhesive off with goo-gone in the spray bottle. 3M adhesive remover in a spray can works well too. Then, clean the area further using a mild polish. To re-apply, simply clean the area with alcohol, and attach the new emblem from Porsche. Please don't use any harsh chemical such as kerosene or similar as suggested earlier. The clear coat on the car is porous and the basecoat could be damaged.
