Well..... its time to sell'er and move on!

Sorry for the forum clutter, but just wanted your guys opinion on a fair price! I have a 99' 996 C2 with 79k that i am going to be putting up for sale. I'm thinking of listing it at 35k OBO, and wanted to know if you guys, and girls thought that this would be a fair price.... It has black int. silver face gauges, 3spoke steering wheel, carbon shift **** and e-brake handle, porsche techquipment roll bar with harness bar, H&R coilovers, and H&R14mm spacers. The car is in great shape, paint is very well take'n care of. I am sell because i will be going back to school full time and cant afford it right now. So if you would be so kind as to giving your input on the price, i would really apprectiate it! here are some pics. V

While the rollbar may appeal to the track junkies, it may scare off other potential buyers. You may want to consider removing it and selling separately.

Clean car, love the stance- might fetch 30+ with the right buyer, however with the mileage I'm thinking 35 is a tad high. Regardless, best of luck with the sale.

Nice car, but $35K may be a tall order. What does KBB say?

My brother is looking at a '99 with 51k miles in mint conditions, and the asking price is $27k.
The kbb value for a 99 in my area is 21k trade in and 26k for private party..

Thats a stretch....$25k is about what you are looking at. Cabs with lower miles are going for 30k....is it the original motor? If so I'd say list it for $28K, but why would someone pay MORE for it than blue book? Oh and DEFINITELY take out the roll bar. ALOT of people by a 996 to get a sports car with a back seat, you are eliminating those possible buyers by having an unusable back seat. Take it out, sell it separately. It wont add anything to the value in the car, and you can make some extra cash on top of the sale of the car.
