I have the factory PSE and was looking for that ellusive extra HP. I bought a B&B exhaust which was a little louder but didn't notice a performance gain over the PSE. I switched back to the PSE and have the B&B hanging in the garage!

Fabspeed...I love the sound. One of my good friends has the cat bypass that sounds absolutely awesome...but its a little too loud for me. My car is a DD and it would wake the neighbors...I leave the house early.

I've got the 1st set of production made M&K with a little more packing in them and they are AWESOME!!! I was at the Porsche dealership they other day just picking up a part and the service manager and tech ran me down as I was leaving and wanted to know what type of exhaust I had. They both said it was one of best that they had ever heard. Every Porsche shop I've been to, I have had comments on my M&K exhausts about how good they sound. They all want to know who made them.

Not enough people have M&K because they are so new for the 996. If they had been around longer they would be alot higher on the poll.

M&K is great!! I had the prototypes that Dave now has, they are loud, but man they sounded incredible.

I have a set of production units from M&K as well but I will only use them for track days, I'll be doing PSE hacked pipes for daily (my clients need to hear me).

Europipe are one of the better quality stainless steel exhaust systems....unfortunately, their artful build, overall quality, and sound make them one of the more expensive systems...consequently a lot of the folks feel they're way overpriced and opt for systems that they feel are comparable and don't cost as much. They employ 100 cell cats that reduce the back pressure more than 50-75%....If you're interested, go to their website and they have an extensive explanation as well as a spreadsheet comparing stock to Europipe stats for db and backpressure.

I bought mine used...and have never regretted it. I increased boost from .8 to 1.0 and spikes at 1.1 just with the addition of that system. Yes...they're "street legal".

I also have TechArt Sport axhaust on my C2, sound great, deep and not too loud. When compared to PSE soundtrack on YouTube, my TechArt's are quieter, but I can't complain, I got my system used and at a good price

The TA version that I have is louder than a PSE and probably the loudest and nicest system I have ever heard.

Maybe you have the Race version? I have the standard Sport street version and they sound great, again not too loud. Do you have a sound clip of yours so that I can compare mine to? Can you send it to my email address qbval@hotmail.com? Thanks a lot Man...
