i am worried that i might be dissapointed, but i bought it cause of the support of you folks....and everyone saying good things about it.

 

I think you will like it, I personally wish it was a bid louder. I only have 1 k miles on it and I have seen on this board that the sound gets better after a few miles.

 

You won't be sorry. If you don't rev match, do it, its an awsome sound as well as proper diving technique.

Had mine for about a month, I love it. Got it installed by Tom at Lucent, you should call them.

Sounds good to me every second, absolutely no regrets! I wish all P-car comes with it!!!

Now I understand why other board members say "it'll put a smile on your face"

It is awesome.

 

I first heard the PSE in the dealer showroom. I had test driven several cars without the PSE and had not yet heard "the sound".

The dealer sat me in a brand new C4S with the PSE exhaust switched off. The dealer said "start and rev her up". So I obligingly rap it to about 4000. "Now, he says, flip that switch on the dash and rev it up again".

What happened next can only be described as a moment of pure joy. I hit 4000 again and the sound of that car filed the whole dealership. I let out an whoop that was equaly as loud. I was sooo pumped I could not stop smiling. People came out of their offices to witness the spectacle. This is what a sports car should sound like WOW!

I bought the car.

PSE sounds great, just enough and great tone.

 

that you won't like the PSE, I seriously doubt it! I ordered it with my 2003 and have loved it from day one.

Revving the engine, or my personal favorite, going through a garage or road tunnel is absolutely awesome! And yes, the PSE sounds even better after you get about 5k miles on it.

i ordered the PSE with electronics.. and im thinking about jsut running without the electronics. Do you know if anyone will buy it? and how much i can get it for? thanks

 

I have experimented with a few after market exhaust systems, In my opinion the PSE sounds the best...

Contact Arling at Lucent, they are the best...

 

Where did you order it from? Who are you getting to install it? I would also like to order one for my 40th anniversary edition.
