I'd also like to get the name of the extended warranty company. I bought my C4S in early March at just under 14k miles. drove it for a few days, then I was laid up for a few weeks. got back into the car the last week in March, and the alternator went dead as a doornail. replaced it, and put in a new battery, and, knock on wood, so far the rest is so good. I was also bummed by the CS report.

 

The CR report is surprising since I have an '03 that has been extremely reliable and trouble free. It had the typical RMS problem fixed just before I bought it over 2 yrs ago and all's been perfect since then. The extended warranty I have expires this fall, and I'm starting to think I wasted money on it since there's been no claims.
