There is no reserve for the bid. I thought that they will have to sell to the highest bidder.

No?

Thanks

Do you think that the seller might cancel the bid? That is illegal, according to e-Bay.

The seller has no reserve limit or no "buy now" button.

"Illegal" but if the end of the auction approaches and they see that the bid price isn't close to the buy it now, they'll end the auction early.

Check the listing, they may even say they reserve the right to end the auction early if the car sells.

It's a great buy at high 80's. 10K off at this point would be superb. But it does NOT show a buy it now price, nor does it show reserve not met. I know the dealership. Good guys. Car has nice options and is great color combo too. I'll bet it won't go below 92K.

There is no reserve set, but there is a disclaimer saying the dealer has the right to cancel the auction because the car is for sale on their lot.

I guess that gives them an out?

Yes, but it in the body of the text and not shown in "normal" buy it now manner, so some may have missed it.
