Slight ticking noise after a long drive?

Hi,

My car has a very faint ticking noise when the engine is warm (eg: after a long drive). You can't really hear it unless you turn the AC off. It seems that it's coming from the transmission. It is a 2002 996. The throw out bearing has been replaced two weeks ago. What do you guys think? Thanks!
