Finally decided to pull trigger on NB '02 911 C2
Thanks everyone for sharing your photos. After being on the 6speed forum for a few weeks, I decided to pull the trigger on '02 911 C2. Just picked it up last week and been hitting the highways. Thanks SOCAL for egging me on. Thinking about powder coating the wheels to black. Let me know what you think.
There's something about black wheels with a polished lip that gets my heart pumpin' on an Arctic Silver 996.
c2mojo, copy that!!!!! Drop that badyboy before it gets mistaken for a Cayenne from one of our fellow members. Those who saw the post will understand

I think I will drop that badboy.
+1, suspension mod is a must... dont powdercoat, save your money for 19's or some gt3 wheels. Put a chin spoiler on like what porsch3 did...and a SSK. You should be good for awhile after those... if not there are more mods on the list.
Very very nice!!
+1 on the chin spoiler mod (cheap and effective) and suspension ASAP. I went with KWv3 coilover's and LOVE it (check the Group Buy forum), and from what I hear the new PSS10's are very good as well.
If you're anywhere near Signal Hill / Long Beach check out www.ef1motorsports.com for inexpensive installation and alignment. Fab (owner) is a great guy and knows his shizz.
Here's the lip mod thread, most of the good stuff is on pages 1,2: https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...talled+gt3+lip
