call Brian and tell him you want the 1/4" weave mesh, like he installed over the radiator opening on my GT3 bumper. He buys this stuff for the race car teams he does work for.

Tell him Kurt sent ya-

Well I dont want the super small "race car" mesh. It usually doesnt look right on normal cars. Got any pics of your grills? like a full front photo? Thanks.

I need to get on this...

some pics, sorry not the best quality.

the top vent mesh is stainless square weave with 1/8" openings. Clean with a toothbrush and it stays shiny, or spray with some satin black.

The lower radiator mesh is thick square weave stainless mesh with 1/4" openings. This stuff will survive numerous poundings from rocks and not bend, it is kind of 'springy' unlike the chicken-wire stamped mesh. It also does not rust.

By "weave" I mean that the mesh is physically created by weaving stainless wires together in a square pattern. This provides some give and movement on impacts and also allows better conforming to curved openings. It's very nice stuff, probably the nicest mesh material I've seen.

^ try home depot / local hardware store. It is not a weave, it is stamped metal. be advised that stamped metal is prone to bending and rust, unless you can find it in high-grade stainless. I see the stainless stuff every now and then on ebay.
