Dealer offered me $42k for my '00 C2 Cab
I forgot one thing. Vehicles with lots of mods are valued less than comparable "stock" models at the auction. Buyers "assume" these vehicles are driven hard and therefore are very reluctant to even bid on these cars and if they do it's a low price. A Supercharged Porsche has a limited audience and would do better marketed to that person looking for that car. Once again, the person who does the work makes the money!!

That's BS. They could wholesale it through auction with zero effort and do considerably better than $42.

Best bet would be to return it to stock and then sell all the goodies....I got 2K more for my Boxster stock than with all my extras, then sold my extras for another 1K and made 3K more for a days work. A S/C is probably way more work, and a stereo system may not be able to be removed asnd returned to stock easily either....so if you cannot find someone who wants it like it is, then you are gonna have take the hit....
I just removed the reserve on my auction that ends Wednesday @ 1pm-ish EST. Next bid meets reserve! GT3 is lookin' likely so decided to remove my reserve (was $66k).

"FYI I just sold it for $60k."
kinda makes "wholesale is $38k" look pretty funny, eh? if anyone wants a newer black one with half the miles for not a whole lot extra $:
