Strut bar...?

I've heard mixed reviews on these from just talking to people. Does anyone have one on? Thoughts? Also, where exactly do they mount?

The front already has built in front strut braces (sorry I don't have a pic) but if you do a search you'll should be able to find some. The front also has some bracing under the car as well.

I do have the rear strut brace installed and attached some pictures.

I bought the strut bar for cheap (under $50 I think) so I just threw in the rear strut bar when I was installing my JICs and sway bars. Since everything was tossed in at the same time, I don't know if the bar helps much.

the front strut does nothing... the rear, yes... but is subjective.
