How do you get your kid in the back with the GT3 seats since they dont hinge? Do you just slide them forward or does he/she just climb back there? I ask because i have 8 yo twins that cannot get in the back very easily w/o folding the seat back forward, but I want GT3 seats eventually.

Very special car! How many miles do you have on it, any engine mods?

Thank you. She has 32927 miles at the moment. I bought her in November last year with 28640 on her.

The only engine mods so far are X51 oil pan baffles, X51 Oil scavenge pump and oil line and an intake boot. GHL exhaust cans came with her from the PO.

I have been researching some on the EVOMS intake, a plenum and then some software to tie it all together. Those should work nicely with the exhaust. Although, at the moment I am enjoying the ride thus far and am not in any great rush to work on the engine.

Thanks for asking.

C.

I just slide them forward. She climbs in back and sits in her perch. When she turns three, I will likely get the airbag disable kit and put her in the front.

Wow thats one of the best looking 996s I ever seen. Every thing is super clean inside and out. I love the GT3 seats and the console delete. The wheels are awesome too. There is another 99 with sunroof delete and factory aero running around scottsdale, Az but its not nearly as clean as yours.

If you know the owner, tell him to contact me. There are VERY few of these cars in the states. I am trying to find out how many.

Unfortunately I don't know him. If I did I would probably be trying to buy it off him.

those GT3 seats rock... I recently ordered one for my 996 and let me tell you haven't felt what the car can do until you've driven it in a GT3 seat... world of difference... and they are comfy...

your car looks great.... carbon fibre trim would look really sharp with your current interior!
