Been gone a few years.....

Looking to get back into another Porsche but I'm not sure what my money will get me anymore.

$40k is about what I am willing to spend. If it's CPO'd that would be cool but it's not a requirement.

My shopping list would be.... Arctic white, Seal Gray or Black and all 3 would have black interiors. 6spd is a must and I would like to find a car with an LSD and big reds. Other than that I am open to different options.

So I wanted to see what everyone's thoughts were.

Thanks everyone!

Should be easy to find such a car, but you'll probably need to add the LSD and Big Reds after purchase.

No LSDs in the 02+ cars.
For $40k you should be able to get a nice 02+ C2 996. I'd get the newest one possible. Good luck, it's definitely a buyer's market right now--great deals to be had. If you're willing to stretch a little, you could step into a C4S or a 40th anniversary.

I found this one on autotrader for you. Closest to your pref. Just a heads up, LSD is rare option people get because most people get the C4, and big reds from a turbo you can find in the classifeds for $800.

SO SO True! I had to sell my 993 a few years back so I could come up with the down payment on my house. I bought another P-car as soon as I had the money.
