Brakes poor when first wet

Yow! I get almost no brake grip on my C4S after a car wash or driving through a hard rain. Dry them out and back to expected performance. OEM pads and rotors. Is this normal? Any solutions?

BTW - I'm in Germany and regularly run well over 100 mph crossing over from dry and into the rain - big concern for me.

It's the norm. I noticed that when I had rims with more exposure to the rotors/brakes I had to pay a little more attention to the brakes in the rain because of the larger exposer openings. With OEM wheels, not a problem in the rain
