Will a Steering wheel from a 997 with airbag fit a 996?. I'm looking to upgrade from 4 spoke to 3.

 

check with your dealer, but i doubt it as i haven't found many parts that are compatable (except the shift linkage which is a highly recommended diy oem upgrade). this is what i did:

buy this:

pay your local shop $50 to install (although easy diy, but i didn't want to mess with the airbag) dealer wanted 1hr labor at $140.
