After Market Pedals......

hello all, this is my first post i have been lurking around the 6speed comunity for quite some time now. Not sure why it has taken me so long to register but i finally did.

Any-wase, my question is:

What pedals are most commonly used by 6speed members? I have not had any luck finding a thread that discusses what fits, what kinda fits and what is just straight fugly.

I have a 996TT but i think this thread would be more beneficial in the 996 category because AS FAR AS I KNOW, they are the same when it comes to pedals. (correct me if i am wrong.)

I dont want something "universal" i would like a porsche specific pedal so the fit and finish is spot on.

so far i have found the following:

VIVID RACING'S PORSCHE PEDAL SET

RACING DYNAMICS PORSCHE PEDAL SET

CARCRAFTER PORSCHE PEDALS

ALSO FROM CARCRAFTER

A.W.E PORSCHE PEDAL SET

anywase i would really appreciate any input you guys can give me.

Hi. Car came with "ultimate pedals" from the P.O. ...that is the company name. But, I wanted something like rennline..and had to figure out what the car had...took some time. Someone on this site saw my posted picture and told me they were ultimate pedals.

Rennline had some neat stuff with heel/toe extensions, but I wanted something more to MY taste. I drew what I wanted and the guy at ultimate pedals made up what I wanted. Perfectly, the first time. All via email and photos. It makes heel and toe for me a lot easier on track, and they look super nice.

So, if you want something that is yours in design/taste; ----this is a good option. Rennline is very good too....and I have their matts and tow hooks.

Good luck.

I have ultimate pedals, very happy with them. A little difficult to install but worth the effort.

good thread....I like the ones that allbusinessjoe as a link to, the porsche ones. I wonder if they make similar ones to those but have "turbo" on them rather than "porsche". Anyone know if something like that is available?
