Well let me tell you why you can't find a turbo kit for a 996 NA . I am in the aftermarket world for car performance parts and have recently got a 996 to develope some parts , one off the first things on my list was to look at making a bolt on turbo kit . I have built custom turbo kits for 100's of cars. First thing I saw was that I had no room, and getting the air from the turbo to the throttle body was not going to be easy . Next problem was oil return the 996 doesnt have a regular oil pan. Then last but not least ECU tuning going to have to be a reflash not cheap. After seeing al that I new it was not going to be easy . This is why you dont see alout of turbo kits out there. But
I haven't given up yet, I am driving the car for the summer and look forward to ripping it apart to try and turbo charge it. I will keep you guys updated.
