Harder/longer time to start with warm engine
Harder/longer time to start with warm engine
When the engine is cold - its starts very easy (1 sec), and the revolutions per minute is high enough such the engine is still running.
BUT, with warm engine I sometimes must use the starter about 4-5 sec, and sometimes after it had started the revolutions per minute is not high enough such the engine is stopping.
Any tips? or Workarounds ? (or example give som throttle before starting ?)
Happy for any tips !

Very often, the cause of a difficult warm start is due to the engine being too rich. This can be caused by several things, including leaky injectors, weak spark, etc. I would run a can of injector cleaner through the gas tank, clean the throttlebody (and idle control valve if you have a 99 C2). Dependimg on how old the plugs are, I would change them too.
