Aero kit wing (adjustable?)

Are all of the aero kit (MkI) wings adjustable? I've seen some of the taco wings with the adjustable center and others without. I just picked up a used part with the correct part number but it does not appear to be adjustable.

Thanks,

Shawn

Real Porsche Taco wings are adjustable, fakes and copies are not.

Thanks guys. The issue I have is that this thing has a valid part number on it. The seller believe's that it is OEM due to the part number but every source I've spoken consulted (TSB, Sunset Porsche, Loren at Renntech, etc..) states that non-adjustable=replica. Here are a couple of pictures.
