New C4 cab owner

Hi folks! I just bought my first Porsche -- an '03 c4 cab in midnight blue w/ Savannah interior. So far - very impressed and enjoying the car very much.

Of course, it's time to start "personalizing" the car - from what I have read the PSS9 suspension is the way to go (Will probably look ay 19/18 stagered wheels and a small drop) and an SSK seems like it would be a great addition.

Are there any resources in Houston that anyone would recommend for installation of above componants?

"before" Pix to follow in a day or so. Looking forward to getting to know y'all.

James

Geezer - nice choice.

I have a C4 Cab as well. Went with 19"s and JIC-Cross 15 way adjustable coilovers. I'm happy with both.

The SSK is a must.

Good luck, and beware, modding is addictive.

Don't I know it. I also have a 2003 Miata. Car was 15K. Mods are up to 20 But you wouldn;t *believe* how quick it is

Looking at your sig, you have a few of the goodies I am looking at. I'm particluarly curious as to how the aero kit looks with the cab? You happy with it?

If you are going to do DE's then the PSS9's are probably the way to go. If you just want to stiffen it up and are not into DE's look at the X74's (carnewal.com)

"DE'S" = Driving Events?

That's what the Miata is for - I doubt the 911 will see much track time, but you never know.

I intend to check out several. My concern is something that looks decent (i.e. not all out of balance) with the top down as well as up so I'm thinking something pretty subtle. Which is a bummer b/c I LOVE the curvy aero wing....
