Kirby was merely testing his abilities to perform a 180, Dukes of Hazard style, and take off in the other direction. What wasn't captured on film was the take off after the change in direction...

I spoke to the lady at the POC office and she has told the organizer there will be a group of us so we can be kept together.
If you want to meet us at Laguna Seca rather than the San Jose meeting place, then as soon as we get there we will go straight to the registration trailer.

Good event for the Make A Wish Foundation and a lot of fun. 12 Porsches, 2 turbos, Loren's 996, and the rest Boxsters.
