Off Topic - Anyone good with law/legal matters?
Here in NJ they will pull you over and waste time writing these tickets.. I got pulled over a bunch of times when I had my 986S, You have no idea how much it pains me to run a plate on my GT3 bumper but it's just not worth the hassle.
In the City of San Francisco they require your car to have a front plate in their jurisdiction. $100 if you want to pay it, $10 if you fix it. I get the ticket all the time and just double side stick a plate on for the sign off--rip, zip and off I go.
I like tow-hook mount--even slicker for the on/off routine.
SF needs the front plates to catch red light jumpers with their cameras.

I do have the front tag kit, should I just snap a picture of it on and say it was on? The cop wrote me a ticket after enforcement hours for an expired meter, his/her judgment can't be trusted!
---. so i wrote in a letter saying it was on the rear plate, and that the meter maids could have easily verified my reg was up to date had they been actual law enforcement officers, but they were going outside of their delegated duties by trying to check for expired registrations on a car that was legally parked. got that dropped, haha.
It was that approach that convinced the court to reverse the meter maid's fine.
It is important to approach these matters in this manner.
Always be reasonable. If one's tone is aggressive they will ignore that person.
Good going.
License plate
Your vehicle is subject to the laws of the State it is registered in, and any Certified Law Enforcement Official whos knows that your State issues two tags can issue you a citation for not having one on the front.
Sorry!!!
