ALL,

I need your help in determining what would be the widest possible fitment for a 2001 996 C2?

I am leaning towards the ROH Modena....contacted By Design and received two different answers.

One sales rep informed me the widest is 19x10, while the other informed me 19x11....Im confused

depends if your gonna put on a big brake kit, you'll need the clearance. but a 19x11 will work if you stay stock. you will definitely need to roll your fenders.

8.5 x19 for the front will work
11x19 for the rear is no problem as well.. What offsets will you be running?

I'm running cargraphic 19x11 on the rear of a 99 C2, lowered on HR coilovers. With 315/25/19 Yoko AVS and some negative camber, you won't rub--with Sport Conti 2s it'll rub on hard turns.

Yokos tend to run a little narrow and the rim sticks out just past the tire--at least w/ the Conti 2s you get some (marginal) lip protection.

on the front i'm on 19x8.5 with a 235/35/19 and it rubs a little on the inside of the fender on full lock--no big deal there though.

Hope that helps.

Jef
