Question Aero Kit Recommendations/Ideas?

Hi,

Looking to upgrade the sight of my 1999 996. I am in the market for some aero kits and just about anything to make the car look lower to the ground/more aggressive - any suggestions on aero kits, front/rear bumpers, wings, etc? Any idea of where these can be found on the web would be great too. On a real tight budget here unfortunately so any mods that are not too expensive would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Full OEM or Ruf

If you're on a tight budget, just leave it as is. Aerokits are expensive.

There are not many mods for a 911 that are not to expensive.

Here are a couple good ones for < $50

-Clear side markers
-bumper plugs

that about does it for that

+1 on Ben's remarks

Aerokits = thousands and thousands...

I'm doing an aero-kit for my car as we speak and can tell you now that a tight budget will very likely make your car look worse than it does now. So far I've spent over $2000 on just bumper, sides, and wing. And I got the bumper and sides used! I just spent $600 on grilles, a wing wiring harness, and mounting hardware... see where I'm going with this? Next is the body shop and paint, I don't even want to think about how much its going to all be in the end.

Depending on timing you can get lucky. So far my Aero kit has cost me $1430 shipped. This was for OEM
Front bumper with CF lip
Sideskirts
Aftermarket Taco wing

+1 The first mods that really improve the looks (as well as the handling). Well worth the money spent IMO.

Ben, didn't you get some after market body pieces recently? How did it turn out? I'm assuming not so great based on your recommendation here?
