HR lowering - different lowering right/left side

A friend just installed HR springs, and the lowering is different (both back and front) on right and left side (1,5 cm, or 1/2").

Normal?, or will it just itself over time?

As a result of alignment and corner balance? Or how did you come to the measurement?

I installed my springs in Feb. 2008 and nothing has changed. I'm going to re-do the passenger side and see if possibly I made a mistake. If nothing changes, I'll make a call to H&R.

strange. take a look and see if there is anything the spring is catching on or if you maybe installed the springs backward? don't know much about the h&r springs and what they look like but if your ride height is screwy, i def wouldn't recommend people doing springs anymore

I lowered mine with HR springs too, and I noticed that the rear driver side is slightly lower too. Took it to porsche for alingment, and they told me it was find. Did not notice any difference in driving.

However, I hear this spring sound everytime I back out from a steep driveway.

There are rubber spring pads on each corner, did they make it back in upon re-assembly?
