Want to know if anybody has done this upgrade to there 996. What is the cost of the Turbo brakes and if Porsche sells a kit for it?

won't work unless u swap the wheel carriers. if only reason for upgrade is for look then Boxster S brake will work on ur car.

Yes C4S has Turbo brakes, C4 does not. Standard 996 brakes. The Boxster S calipers which are EXACTLY the same as you have now, just red in color cost about $800 new and about $600 new. Now your silver C4 calipers are actually going for more, about $800 used. I would see if you can find a Porsche shop that may swap you. you may get lucky....

Then again, you can always paint yours, or I would get a used black set and paint them....Then you can keep your silver calipers if you want to.
