Great paint job, but what's your reasoning behind reducing your airflow to the radiators by 40%+?

I do not think it is reducing the air flow since there is there are 3 openings in the RUF bumper and only 2 in the OEM bumper.

If the installation of the turbo RUF bumper was just for the "bling" then there is no problem. However, from a perfromance standpoint you have reduced the available airflow and velocity by at least 40% by installing the mesh.

If you want maximum performance, you want maximum airflow.

Car looks great, tho.

really? MESH really reduces airflow by that much? what do you recommend then? i was thinking about installing Mesh on my setup too to prevent rock damage

The mesh he used is extremely fine which is the worse for airflow. On the standard 996 or GT3 bumper, I would not run anything to block the vents. On a Turbo bumper, at most, I would install grills.
