California 911 Question

I am looking at buying a 2003 911 in California. I live on the east coast. Does California have any emission requirements on cars that are sold in the state that might decrease the power of the 911 compared to what I could buy in states with less stringent emission standards.

Thanks for the input.

I think the 911 is a 50 state car - it's built to CA standards for all states.
