Guys, my problem is the following, the banner ads now on the left PUSH down the threads to below the "SOAK" banner ad, meaning that's where my threads start.

does anyone else have the same problem, and if so, how can i change it......

cry

i don't like the new layout either but for those of you picking up your toys and leaving the sandbox boo hoo get a life man seriously

way too much b!tchin and whining
I dont agree with Ben too much but this time he hit the nail on the head. If this format is what it takes to keep this sight up then this is the way it is.

Nothing is FREE. Someone is dedicating time and energy to keep this up and running as well as it does. If you dont like it you dont have to use it.

Its not that big of a deal. Its just a change.

I don't really want to make more of this than there is. I mean it's just a web forum, but it's one I use a lot. However I still argue that it isn't the site owners that matter here, it's the users. We are the ones they need to keep happy since without us there is nothing to attract advertisers. It would take more than this to chase people away though. I for one never said I would leave because of this. While the layout is visually annoying to me I will probably get use to it over time.

AllBusinessJoe is infamous around these parts
If it ain't broke --- fix it! Right?

What ever 'genius' configured this should be fired immediately.

Surely, a set of metrix will be measured in order to track banner clicks.

As long as this board maintains this format, I will not (ever) click on a banner.

Safety in numbers.

The mob rules.

I would HAPPILY pay a subscription fee to NOT be subjected to a million ad's in my face.

I don't mind one or 2, or a sponsor list but holy crap! the site looks like a joke!

I agree 100%. I think that the advertisers get less exposure in this format. It is hard to read the ads and what they are for.

Can you do donations here? On nsxprime.com the members contribute regularly to keep the site going. They dont have advertisers all over the place there.

Not sure what is to be done about it at this point. If the users could subscribe (donation) then the users could have more say in the format. When you are not paying any money its hard to have authority.

Actually thing in the virtual world do change and you need to keep up with the changes.

It wasnt broke before computers so why invent computers? Why invent an internet? I grew up just fine without either.
