If you want more sound, stick to modifying the exhaust.
The EVO CAI I have uses a new dry filter. That should take care of any MAF issues. No CEL. I try to stay away from oiled filters due to an experience with a fouled MAF in another car and that K&N was pre-oiled at the factory.

A friend who is preparing for the track Porsche argues that the direct intake filters are not tapered to fit, because aspiring hot air coming from the engine. The best is 'the original airbox with filter kn, BMC, airbox, or put a type gt3 by changing the hood, that' widening the grip f air under the spoiler. Thus the filter surface and 'more and receive more air.
