Thumbs up Powder coat

Powder coat is the only way to go. I have been down this road many times. Street and track wheels do not hold up with paint only.

let's not wahahah

look man, we're talking about that navy blue car above with black wheels.

there's a bunch of blues but even french blue with black doesn't work all that well. navy blue is best when matched with lighter colors like heather gray and white.

Ok, old post, but same question .....anyone have thoughts. Paint seems ok to use if you use a lot of clear coats.

Found this and got inspired:

Anyone do body color (imagine midnight blue with same collor turbo twists...?

Anyone have the best color to match brake dust (really....so I don't have to worry about them at all. I'm loving this..

Anyone have fun...I was thinking of getting some sort of pattern on the wheels so as the car when by it looked neat, like one of those childhood toys with the tops that make a pattern..spirals, etc. Fun colors, patterns, etc. Just for DE days....
