Thanks, I did actually see that thread and even posted on it, LOL. I just didn't put two and two together to realize it was you.

I only drive my C4 on the weeks and for fun so the space is ok by me. Once I get things rolling I will be sure to post up the work.

 

The higher the location of the nav on the dash ... enable you to keep your eye on the road. Net, net, less eye travel distance from traffic. I will post my DD install later today. I went with Kenwood 812.

 

my lower console has a curve to it and the faceplate will not fit without major modifications. I installed mine in the upper console and it fit real well

There was a recent update to the 9X6 2DIN Kit. The glossy piano black faceplate has now been replaced with an updated factory textured powder coated aluminum bezel. It looks great pretty awesome.
