My CPO ran out in December but was able to get an extended warranty through the local Porsche dealer McKenna. It's there Platinum Vehicle Protection Plan 3yrs/36K administered through a 3rd party, The contract list what is excluded ( mostly wear and tear stuff) as opposed to what is covered. Although not near as cheap as posted by the OP, I'm comforted to know that McKenna ( who's taken care of me pretty well under the CPO) will deal directly with them on approvals and expenses.

In general I sleep well and drive with no worries considering what can happen with or without the warranty.

Rear Main should be covered by the dealer but I highly doubt you will ever find anyone to cover any aspect of the clutch or any wear parts . I can try and get it scanned for you to read but will not be in my office for the next few days.
