Hey guys,
new guy here. I thought I'd introduce myself first and foremost. I used to be on bimmerforums, for those who are familiar with BMW's. I lost my Dinan 540 when hurricane Ike hit Houston, which was a good/bad thing. Losing the car that is, not the actual hurricane.
My business usually slows down around the holidays and with economy in the crapper, it was easy not having a car note for a while.

Anyways, I got my mind made up and it looks like I'm in line for a 996. C2, C4, C4S or even a turbo if the deal is right. Leaning more towards the C2 or C4 and then move up in the ranks. But car prices are rediculously low, so I'm sure I can find one soon.

Well, anyways......hello
and I'm sure I'll be on here with some pictures soon enough.
Thanks
Jay

Sorry to hear about your 540, what gen was it? I had an E36 M3 and really do love BMWs.
Anyway, good luck with your search and you can't go wrong with the choices you listed.

Welcome aboard! Newbie here myself - picked up my first p-car last September and have been living the dream since. I spent about a year looking/shopping. You're right about the prices - I think if I had waited another three months I would have saved myself probably another $3K - $5K... but no regrets and no looking back...

Good luck with your search and have fun shopping.

Rudy

Welcome aboard. Go with the Turbo they are a great deal right now. If I ever see a Turbo Cab I like, at the right price, I might make the switch.
