OT: What car to Get for Wife

My wife wants to replace her beloved Acura Legend GS. She does NOT want a big car. She just drove a BMW 330Ci and liked the way it drives, but I have suggested that she try other vehicles. She would prefer a manual transmission (she wants something sporty)
Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Manual Transmition....

In that case, I would recomend a the BMW (they will be changing the 3 series in a year or two though) and I would recomend the Volvo S60R... its an amazing car...

BMW 330i/Ci is a great car especially with the new performance package, hell of a car for the money. however, the down side is the new 3 is coming out pretty soon. i'd still get it though if the new style (old one looks better anyway!) doesn't bother u.

There was a entry-luxo sport comparison test with the A4, Subaru Legacy, Acura TSX and Volvo S40 T5

The Acura got first, then the Volvo, then the Legacy, and the A4 got last place...

It's hard to beat the BMW 330i/Ci but if you don't need the extra seats & in no hurry(6 months to a year), asssuming she doesn't want a open top, the Boxster Coupe is worth waiting for.

Thanks to all for your ideas. I have to say that I too learned long ago that the wife must get the car she wants. She has asked for ideas and I am sharing your ideas with her. (BTW, a two seater is out of the question for her, so no Boxster).
I am surprised noone has mentioned the G35 Coupe. Is that car way too big or just not worth considering?
Thanks again!
