Last month Excellence magazine had a great DIY writeup on painting and repairing wheels. I followed it this weekend and it was perfect. Wheels with no curb rash and new paint and clear. Check it out.

Thanks guys!

Again, the prepwork is the key. I spent a lot of time cleaning and sanding them down.

The actual painting, only took an hour or so.

I used Krylon Acrylic and found the Flat Clear at WallyMart.

The key it to take your time and not rush it. Put on thin coats so you don't get any runs.

Ummmm......maybe because for the pic, they are just sitting in front of the 19"'s that are on the car.

I let the paint cure for a week and finally got them mounted up today!

I love the Sinister look!
